Technical Support Line;
MAXDATA's Technical Support line (HECC) is ONLY able to assist with queries on Maxdata products that have already been purchased. In addition to hardware faults, the team are also able to provide support for the software that was originally purchased with the machine. The team are contactable on 01344 788 920, between the hours of 8am-5pm (UK time).

PRE-Sales Queries;
For all pre-sales queries, please contact Maxdata UK's Sales team on 01344 788 900, between the hours of 9am-5pm. Alternatively, contact can be made by emailing sales@maxdata.co.uk.

Customer Services;
For any additional queries/ questions/ problems or feedback and thoughts, please direct these to customercare@maxdata.co.uk, or contact the team on 01344 788 900 (Option 5). Here, Maxdata UK's Customer Service team will be able to resolve issues or pass any queries to the relevant departments in order to assist our customers.

Triage - Return-to-Base Repair Centre;
Triage are able to assist with any queries regarding specific repairs of return-to-base PC's within warranty. They can be contacted on 01438 213 013, between the hours of 8am-5pm. 2E2 Group Ltd - Onsite Repair Service Partner
2E2 are ONLY able to assist with queries regarding eta's etc. of onsite repairs which have already been logged with HECC. They can be contacted by emailing mdata.query@2e2.com, or alternatively by contacting MAXDATA Customer Service.

RepairTech - Out of Warranty Repair Centre
MAXDATA recommends RepairTech as our out of warranty repair centre. Please contact them directly regarding any repair requirements outside of your warranty period.
